These interactive sessions will be held the mornings and afternoons of February 18 and September 30, 2025, and can be attended virtually or in-person. Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits are available for those interested, and all attendees will also receive a certificate of completion. Sessions are $25 each or $40 per day.

Strengthening Legacy Giving: Engaging Aging Donors for Long-Term Impact 
Strategize to engage aging donors and strengthen planned giving campaigns. Participants will explore best practices for building lasting relationships, understanding needs, and utilizing planned giving tools to ensure long-term sustainability.

Bridging Generations: Effective Communication Strategies for Lasting Engagement 
Explore effective communication strategies to connect with multiple generations. Participants will learn how to tailor messages, utilize various platforms, and understand the unique preferences of each generation to foster stronger relationships and enhance engagement, ensuring support across age groups.

Empowering Communities: Building Sustainable Programs 
Focus on identifying community needs and developing sustainable programs that empower individuals. Participants will learn strategies for creating transformative community initiatives that provide skills, resources, and opportunities, fostering long-term self-sufficiency rather than relying on direct financial assistance.

Building Strong Partnerships: Collaborating for Impactful Program Development 
Identify and build strong, mutually beneficial alliances to enhance program development. Participants will learn how to assess potential partners, cultivate trust, and collaborate effectively, ensuring shared goals, resources, and expertise are leveraged for programs that benefit both organizations and communities.
